Hi fellow Belgian what's a wonderful desk, you have a mac mini?? I ask you this question because i'm planning to get one soon (if I get the money... ) So, if yes, how many ram did you recommend (to do graphic stuff) and wich processor speed? I see the resolution of a apple 20'' here... .. are you very very happy with this one (beacause if I get a mini I get this screen too ) ?

I speak french but you don't wanna see me write it Anyway, yes I am a Mac mini owner, so lets answer your questions!

1. I recomend the maximum amount of ram, this is to say 1GB. But don't buy it at the Apple store, just leave the 256MB and buy the 1GB somewhere else. Apple charges €330 for 1GB while I paid €130. You can easly replace it yourself.

2. The processor speed ... well thats up to you, I have a 1.25Ghz processor and yes I would see a little difference when applying PS filters, but the real difference would be the Harddisk, if you can spare an extra 150€ then I would look for a 3.5" harddisk at 7200 rpm, because the standard HDD is only 5200 rpm, this is where you will see speed increasment.

3. My screen, my pressious it looks good, it works fine and all my friends are jeallous, what more can you ask for? A 23" perhaps

Overall I am very happy with my Mac mini, but now i am going to save money for a G5 because it would fit my 20" Apple cinema display
